We write to provide an update on Curriculog, the curriculum management system that was recently implemented by the Office of the University Registrar. The Curriculum Management website details the types of academic proposals, administrative forms, and financial forms that are currently available.

Curriculog has a fully automated approval workflow that moves proposals from one step to the next, notifying participants and tracking the history and status. It allows Pitt to create its own forms and build its own workflow based on each unit’s approval processes. It also offers a User Dashboard that displays the proposals that require the user’s attention. Curriculog seamlessly integrates with Acalog, the University’s catalog management system.

The roll out of the project went live on August 1, 2018. The implementation is now complete for all schools and administrators have been trained on the system. Your unit should now begin using Curriculog for all processes that are currently available. In particular, this includes academic planning proposals and course approvals. Other forms of submissions will not be accepted without our prior approval.
